Setup FAQ
1. How do I set up my new account?

Call or email me, answer a few questions, send in your payment and you are up an running.
You will need to have a domain name figured out (www.your_domain_goes_here.com) and either own it already or be prepared to buy it (I suggest godaddy.com. It's inexpensive and has excellent service). You will need to decide on a username and password for your FTP account and if you want to setup email right away, usernames and passwords for those too.

2. Change your Name Servers

If you already own a domain name, you will simply need to change your name servers and your site will show up within a couple hours. If you are purchasing a new domain name, simply add the name servers I will give you and your site should be up within minutes. If you are unsure as to how to do this, I can assist over the phone. I can also do it for you for a nominal fee of $10.00.

Emails FAQ
1. What is a mail account?

A mail account is a "mailbox" that holds your emails on the server until you view them (download them) with an email program. An email program is software that runs on your computer, such as "Outlook Express" or "Eudora" or "Pegasus Mail". There are literally thousands of other email programs available; we recommend that you use "Outlook Express", as it comes free with every Microsoft Windows installation.

2. How do I setup an email account?

To set up your email accounts, decide on what they will be, choose a password for each and either email the information or call it in. It won't take but a few minutes.

3. What else comes with an email account?

FormMail, Mailing Lists, Auto Responders, Email Redirects, Web Mail

4. What is SPAM? '

'SPAM' or 'Unsolicited Commercial email' is e-mail that is both unsolicited by the recipient and sent in substantively identical form to many recipients. A common synonym for spam is unsolicited bulk e-mail (UBE). Some definitions of spam specifically include the aspects of email that it is unsolicited and sent in bulk. We do not tolerate the sending of unsolicited commercial email or "SPAM" at all.

5. What is the policy on "SPAM" and "unsolicited emails"?

We do not tolerate the sending of unsolicited commercial email or "SPAM" at all. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any domain without warning, without refund, that sends out unsolicited commercial email. NOW... if you wish to send email to people in OPT-IN lists, this is allowed being that those individuals "ASK" to receive advertisements, newsletters, or posts to services like Free For All Pages.
